  Excellent service every time I go. People could not be more helpful. I forgot I had to go to an ABC store for liquor and they told me how to get to the closest one. They have a wonderful selection. I appreciate that I was helped with getting everything I need as well as having someone carry out to the car. Although it is a chain, their customer service is tops. More and more, I appreciate outstanding customer service as it seems to be a lost art these days. I buy where I am treated well.

  I have been to a different total wine several times but this was a first for this location. Associates were more interested in talking with their friends then helping customers. I had to interrupt one to get help with a locked case. It may have been an off day...but enough to have me wait to go to my familiar location. Very hard to find the wines I was looking for
