  Definitely one of the worst AT&T retail store. As a new customer, they have ordered my home internet service and told me that installation fee is 100% waived. I have received a bill later that month with $99 installation fee. I drove to store and call them multiple times and the only response is that we will call you back in 24 hours. NEVER received a call back from this store. As a new AT&T customer, this was my worst experience to deal with this retail store. Finally, I visited an official AT&T store and they fixed the issue and waive the installation fee.
