  Most of the AT&T stores have lousy reviews, so this one stuck out with its high rating. I drove by another location in hopes that this store really was a cut above. JACKPOT! I had a complicated situation that entailed transferring a qualified upgrade to a different line on my account. Marcela handled everything quickly and professionally, and I left about 45 minutes later with a new iPhone 7 and my old 6S reprogrammed for my son. I am thrilled to FINALLY find someone in telecom who knows how everything works and can promptly deliver the results.

  Greeted with smiling faces. Reps are very thorough and entertaining. The manager, Art, is cooler than the other side of the pillow. Had one issue with my phone but when I went back they traded it out without hesitation and gave me 5 extra gigs of data for the same prices. Awesome experience.

  I love coming into this store. Art is the only person I trust making changes to my plan. Had a bad experience at different locations but he was able to fix it. I would recommend you to always go to this location for any help with your plan, phone or u-verse.
