  Worst service I have ever received. After leaving this place I canceled my service and switched to Verizon. Was told I needed a new phone because mine wouldn't power on. The manager said he tried everything to fix it and suggested I buy a new iPhone 7. Without a phone I knew I had no other option. He sold me a $40 screen protector that he insisted I needed as well. Went directly to Best Buy to buy a case for the new phone and explained the situation with my old phone. The sales associate looked at the phone, pressed two buttons and my old phone was back to normal. Went back to this store less than an hour of purchasing the new phone and explained that my old phone was working again and I needed to return the iPhone. He told me that he would have to charge me $45 for the restocking fee (which I expected), but it was policy not to return accessories. He couldn't show me a return policy nor does it say anywhere in the store that sales were final. I ended up spending over $100 at the store and walking out with nothing. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. I recommend staying away from this place and going to an official AT&T store. Authorized retailers will take your money any chance they get. They are straight commission and will sell you everything they can, even if you don't need it.
