  I've had Swift Creek do the termite inspections on my house for four years now and couldn't be happier. The two inspectors who have done the inspections over the years have been incredibly friendly and do a very thorough job. They don't mind if you walk around the house with them and they will point out any problem areas that might welcome termites and tell you what to do to ensure you don't get termites. They will also point out ants or any other pests that you might want to be aware of. If they do find termites, they recommend sensible action. If they aren't on the house they've always told me to wait and see. No point in spending the money to treat if the termite might never take a bite from the house. They also keep records of their past inspections and clearly reference them before doing the next inspection, to ensure they follow up on any trouble areas they might have noted in the past. The rates are reasonable and fair. I'll certainly continue using them in the future and recommend them highly.

  I’ve known their work for years (Disclosure: I’m related). They’ve been around since 1991. If you ask a local realtor, they probably know of and respect Swift Creek. They’re honest, with specific appointment times. And in my experience, they regularly find the source of the problem when other companies couldn’t.
