  The staff is rude each time I go. I've gone in several times and each time I've had to wait for the staff to help me at the front desk although there weren't any other customers in front of me and they weren't on the phone. The store manager, Janet, is also brisk and seems inconvenienced when you ask for help. Will not be going back. There are better Sherwin Williams stores that actually care about your business.
