  I just left this location and was reminded of why I only go to this location as a last resort. This location always seems to have the worst selection of all of the Raleigh locations. It actually looks like there are less racks than other stores. The bigger issue at this location is the customer service. There is this one older guy who always has an attitude (I think that he may be the manager mentioned in the other reviews but it’s hard for me to believe that he is a manager). He mean mugs everyone, usually has an attitude, and barely acknowledges the customer. He just carried a conversation with another employee the entire time that I was in his line. I don’t believe that he even said hi. On top of that, they closed the store 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time. The bathroom looks disgusting also. I gave 3 stars because the other employees were nice and the prices are low, but I don’t think I’ll be back unless I’m desperate.

  Ross is our family's favorite store to shop in. From clothing to shoes toys and house Goods even wall art and luggage it's all here at Ross. It's hard to shop anywhere else once you've been to Ross because you'll see Ross's prices. Sometimes you'll go in there and their shipment hasn't come in and there won't be much to choose from and other times they're so much to choose from you can't decide. Everything that we've ever gotten from Ross's held up really well from household goods to clothing.
