  Shelves very empty, open packages, damaged goods. Racks jammed, items on the floor. Dressing room is old, cramped, no locks/latch on doors. To cash out, had to walk through snaking line (I was the only customer ready to check out), only to have a man come directly up on me at the counter and lurk as I tried to pay. More customers crowded around, before another staffer finally had to repeatedly direct folks behind the sign that says to "Wait here for next cashier ". I mean, there was actually a discussion between the staffer and 6-7 people. There is a SIGN. It was a cluster. Staff seemed more interested in someone who had a cat in a carry-on bag (yes, a real cat), than doing their job. It wasn't worth the trip.
