  The customer service is rude the same people card me every time I go in there. I work in the shopping center so I frequent there often that I recognize their faces but they can’t remember mine.. it’s annoying and and inconvenience. I’m just buying cigs and no I don’t look younger than 17 they’re doing it on purpose

  Pharmacy has been good. Store staff has been good. Store itself is in really shabby shape. I can say, that of all the rite aids I've been to, in the triangle and triad, this store is in the worst physical condition; mainly it smells bad, has carpet, smells like it flooded at some point and they did not replace carpet. I would hate working at that location. I don't enjoy going there, but it is conveniently located and the pharmacy is good.

  Everyone in this store is immensely helpful and kind. I've been there many times since I moved to the neighborhood and I've only had the best interactions! Particularly in the Pharmacy.
