Maybe this is an industry standard, but I was put on hold for 30 minutes, had to hang up and call back, on hold for another 11 minutes, to refill my script. After driving 20 minutes to pick it up and repeatedly ringing the drive-thru bell, I was answered by a woman who said she has no record of my order.
