  Very thorough yet laid back and easy to talk to. Gave us great tips on caring for the house whether it was pertinent to the inspection or not, which was nice. Report was very well done. Price seemed high, but was actually slightly cheaper than other home inspection companies in the area and the service was great, so very worth it. Would recommend to anyone needing home, radon, or termite inspector.

  Very disappointed with this company. Based on all of the positive reviews, I was expecting a smooth process. I was originally told that they are too busy and couldn't accommodate us even though our inspection was over a month away. After a further conversation, I was apologized to and was told they could perform a home inspection. I attempted to make an appointment with them and haven't heard anything for weeks. Very disappointed with their customer service.
