  Rude, with a side of racism. This store doesn't deserve to exist, let alone have customers. I feel sorry for anyone that has to enter this terrible shop to pay for a pawn. How dare you treat a customer the way you did, and you might want to come back to earth on your prices. Might help you clear out your cluttered, dirty, disgustingly foul space you call a business.

  This was my first time visiting Plaza West jewelry and loan. I was very impressed by the organization and neatness of the store as well as the friendly greeting. The gentleman that helped me which I assume was the owner is very pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this pawn and jewelry store in Cary.
