  Waited 1 hour to get in...staff not helpful.....at all...will never spend one dollar there again or at Bailey's ever again....every charm or bracelet I ask about they were out of....and did not try to show me anything at all...it was obvious they did not feel like waiting on me...Laura the store manager did not seem to care....she ask me what I was looking for when I got to the door and when I said I did not know she sent me to an associate thst just ignored me until I started asking for different bracelets and no matter what I ask for she said we are out of thst until we just left....I will spend that 1000 some where else not with people that basically asked me to leave....I told Laura her sales associate was of no help as I and she smiled and said oh no! As I walked out the door....thank goodness they are not the only ones that sell Pandora.....what a bad representation of the Pandora name.
