  I visit this Office Depot location primarily to ship packages, but I have purchased school supplies from them before. I've always had a very pleasant experience with the employees. They are extremely friendly and helpful, and the store itself is always well-staffed. A few weeks ago I was here to ship a large package to Canada, and the woman ringing me out went above and beyond to try and save me a little money on shipping. I cannot recall her name, but I greatly appreciated her eagerness in helping me save a few bucks. It's refreshing to find a store like this where everyone seems so committed to customer satisfaction.

  I went to the Office Max on Creedmore and their service was FRIENDLY, KIND, AND EFFICIENT. Had a terrible experience at Office Max - Falls of the Neuse- yesterday. They were terribly understaffed and one of the managers was very rude. I went to the Office Max on Creedmore and their service was FRIENDLY, KIND, AND EFFICIENT.
