  Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else. Service was decidedly awful. The very expensive bed that was delivered was scuffed and dirty, and had to be taken away and replaced a few days later. When the second, very expensive clean bed was finally delivered, it was much softer than the same model we had tried in the store. To replace this much softer bed, we used our "money-back guarantee" which cost us a fee of $200. (Don't assume that the "money-back guarantee" is anything like it sounds: it requires that you sleep on your uncomfortable bed for 30 nights, then sometime between nights 30 and 45, pay $200 to get a replacement.) We bought a replacement bed and scheduled a delivery, but the delivery crew knew nothing about the fact that this was a replacement under a "money-back guarantee", so the crew left without delivering the new bed or taking away the old one. Oh, and we still got charged $200 for the "replacement". Finally, two and a half months after our initial purchase, the store delivered what appears to be a satisfactory bed. The store refuses to refund any part of the extra $200 we paid to get a quality bed. In fact, they don't acknowledge there was any hassle involved. Absolutely awful service. Finally, more than two and a half months after purchase, we got a satisfactory bed delivered. The store still refuses to refund any part of our delivery fee, and refuses to give us a manager's number to call to complain. Don't go here. If you do, don't assume that the bed you try will be anything like the bed you get. And don't assume that a pricey bed will be a quality bed. And don't assume that delivery will be prompt or professional. And don't assume that the store will be at all helpful resolving any issues you may have. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else.
