- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 25, 2020, by Mandy SpadyI ordered a mattress from here (Box & Spring) and was told it would be delivered the following Monday to the store for pick up. When I called to go pick it up I was told it wasnt there.. no call or no warning and I had already made arrangements for pick up (I do not own a truck). I was then told it would not be there until the following week... they offered no free delivery or discount for THEIR mix up. The customer Service is terrible. I later canceled and am now chasing them down for my refund. Terrible experience.
