  I had booked an appointment with Maggi online and called and confirmed that I was going to be there at 4. Once I arrived, I was rudely told that my appointment was not booked because they had not checked their emails lately. The lady then stated that they don't make 4 o'clock appointments because they close at 5 (it says 6 online) even though I had just called and confirmed that my appointment was good for 4! Very rude and unprofessional. I was very disappointed because I had seen such great reviews from them and was excited to see their dress selection.

  I had an appointment today at Maggi with Victoria, and she was great! I actually ended up finding a dress at a different store, but Victoria was still so nice and helpful. She was fun to work with and very knowledgeable. Even though I found my dress at another store, I would still recommend Maggi and definitely Victoria!
