  The clothing selection here is wonderful, but the service level leaves much to be desired. I ordered my husband a belt for our anniversary on May 29. It was supposed to take 2-4 weeks to get in. No call. For the last 3 months we've had to reach out to them for status updates, every time being told it was coming soon or that someone would call us back. Not once did we receive a call from this store, even though they clearly did not deliver as expected. We have finally been able to pick up our belt, on Aug 29 (3 full months!!). I would avoid this store if you need something ordered, they cannot handle these requests.
