  If there was an option for 0 stars that’s what I would have given them. Paul avoids his customers once he makes a sale. He never returns calls and avoids you when you go into the store. There is another guy that works behind the counter that’s a total prick and should not be in customer service at all. Every time I went to check on the status of my furniture he rudely told me he couldn’t help and that Chris who I have never dealt with was the only person that could help. It took 6 months to get a special order piece, when I was told by Paul it would take 5 weeks. When I checked on the order status, I was always blown off or told I would get a call back. Never happened... long story short, don’t buy furniture from here. There are way better companies to buy from in Raleigh.
