  They are very rude!!! Leigh i believe is here name will pretty much force you to open an account and then when you don't buy a ring or anything, she gets disgusted. Kays has too many sales goals from opening accounts to getting you to buy the protection plans. It just comes of very pushy. I did end up buying a ring, but the rose gold tarnished with in 2 weeks, so we returned it. Once again she was rude and made my fiancee feel uncomfortable. I tried to buy another ring from here but things didn't work out due too, me not knowing you only get a 25% overage on the first 30 days of the account. Anyways still looking for the perfect ring, probably won't be here.
