  I love the great customer service I get every time I visit this location. The sales reps are always friendly and very helpful. I brought my mom there with me this weekend and Tierra Green who helped us made sure all our questions was answered . My mom loves the purchase she mad and can't wait to come back. Thanks for the wounderful service.

  I had a rude employee Christmas shopping here for wife in December of 2016. Said they "didn't have anything for my budget". Which it turns out they did. I decided to shop here again for Christmas in 2017. The salesperson slick talks me into opening up a card account with Kay Jewelers, which I did not want. I told him I didn't want the card to and to redo mu purchase. Another employee handled my purchase and I thought would cancel the card. They didn't cancel the card as I got a statement in the mail. When I went back to cancel card the employee gave me two phone numbers and rudely said "they will have to deal with it." I had to waste time on the phone doing it on my own. Bottom line with this place- HORRIBLE customer service. Rude employees. Worst customer service I have experienced. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!
