  They have cute clothes at a reasonable price, but their customer service is terrible! I put shorts on hold and when I arrived I was told it was never put on hold and they didn't have this item. I was upset, but I assumed it was an honest mistake. The girl said they had them online, so I decided to order the shorts. Three days later, the manager called to say that since I never came to get my item on hold they were going to put it back on the floor. I said I was just in the store over the weekend and they didn't have my item. I asked if she would please waive my shipping costs since it was clearly their fault since they had the shorts for me in store, but told me they didn't. They said no and said that I shouldn't have ordered online if I didn't want to pay shipping. I can't believe this store cannot stand behind their mistakes and make an effort to make it right! I am so disappointed and do not plan to shop there from this point forward.
