  Great store for anyone who needs a part or service right now including game system builders. They have friendly and attentive staff. They do not carry "maker" items like r pi or adafruit or 3D printers. Perhaps stores like this are missing out on a segment of business by not offering classes on how to use project items like this and stocking the supplies.

  I recently had some issues with Microsoft 10 not being able to update. Also had some other issues. Took it into the Raleigh location and spoke with Joe. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He personally helped me with that and other questions that I had. After talking to Joe for quite some time, I feel comfortable in asking for him on any future visits. The entire staff was great. I also purchased my computer about a year ago from the Cary location. Brad Carpenter helped me with everything. Absolutely great customer service!!! Grateful for their attention to detail.
