  My only complaint is one of your employees, Gail. She is by far the most rude person I have ever encountered. Her behavior was appalling to say the least as soon as I walked up to her register. I did nothing to provoke it and she got even more upset when I asked if I could scan my VIC card. She told me that none of my items were on sale when one of them definitely was. I had to insist on her scanning it several times before she actually did. I've never felt so angry in a grocery store and I can't imagine how many people she acts this way towards. If you shop here and see a lady named, GAIL, I highly recommend you check your groceries out with a different employee... Never again..

  I give the Harris Teeter store at 9600 FALLS of NEUSE Road a (5) Star rating. My favorite is the hot and cold food bar. "The Special Event Bar" is a great way to "WOW" you on Wednesday & Thursdays. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable.
