  Don't go to Framecrafters Custom Framing in Falls River. After having several pieces completed with great satisfaction we went to him to frame a canvas we had recently purchased. After 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing about the completion my husband and I stopped by to check on the status. He was frantically looking through the store for the project then came out with our incomplete canvas still in the tube, handed it to us and walked away. No explanation, no sorry nothing. I am very disappointed with his lack of care and customer service. Honestly his shop was so disorganized I'm just glad he didn't lose it. I'm sorry if this isn't allowed here... but I just wanted to warn people given that items you frame generally have great sentimental value.

  Sean at Framecrafters has been framing pictures almost from the day we moved in 10 years ago. His work is top notch and reliable. On top of that he always remembers you even if you have not been in the store for a while. You can only get service and attention like this in a small local business. I recommend Framecrafters to anyone who needs something framed or a picture restored. They are the best.
