  We bought our fireplace 7 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since, one of the best home improvements we ever made. But the purpose of this review is to acknowledge The Fire Place & Patio's exceptional customer service. We had a minor issue, more of a question really, and, although we represented no new sales, Ray jumped on the issue and sent John out. John quickly took care of the issue and helped us to understand how to avoid the situation in the future, great guy. John also happened to be the person who, seven years ago, installed the tiles around our fireplace. It speaks well of a business when they can keep good employees for 7+ years. I highly recommend The Fire Place & Patio.
