This company was good during the sales process, but after over six months of continued issues with quality, we terminated our relationship. The company then pursued legal action against us, claiming that we couldn't cancel because we didn't send complaints by certified mail. Shameful business practices. 100% Guarantee advertised on the website doesn't matter, they say, because it's "not in the contract."
