  As much as I love Brooks Brothers, I will not return to their physical store at this location. I usually purchase online since I am not a mall shopper but decided to drop in this evening (5/26/17 around 7:30pm) to look for a dress for Memorial Day weekend. Came in, not a single soul spoke to us or acknowledged our presence. Picked out a dress, tried it on, still no one said a word. Made eye contact with the lady at the checkout desk but still not a peep. I put the dress back on the rack and left. Phyllis has been a great help in the past but this evening was a complete turn off for me. Don't know if it was because I'm a person of color or because I wasn't dressed to the nines and they assumed I couldn't afford anything. Either way, I'll stick to online shopping.
