  I have 30+ years in this business and 15+ years dealing with this store. Their customer service is one of the "Best" in the business. The staff has always gone above expectations when and if there is an issue with my order. No company is perfect but you have to give credit to those who give the extra effort to make their customers happy, and this place does just that. Keep up the good work and look forward to another year of working with Best Tile Raleigh

  I've been twice. The first time the staff was extremely friendly. The associate I was talking with had a thorough knowledge of tile. In fact she taught me several important factors to look at when determining the tile that's right for you. I didn't get as much help today. In their defense, the store was being remodeled & it did seem extra busy. They really have a nice selection. They have many beautiful marble mosaics. If you are budget conscious this is probably not the best place for you. I just need some accent tile so I don't think I'm going to have to get a second mortgage on my home. I would never go into this store to purchase a large-scale project. I find it to be far too expensive.
