  Eh, it's a very bland store in a very bland mall. There's a review on here that calls Crabtree Mall a "super mall". That was my laugh for the month. If Crabtree is a super mall then Dollar General is a high-end grocer and boutique... And I'm Dolly Parton. Anyway, this Belk has a La Mer counter. It's the only reason I set foot into this place. The employees aren't stellar; they could definitely learn a thing or six from Nordstrom's employees. In short: The employees have an air of pretentiousness about them which I've always found illogical when they're working for hourly wages and possible commissions.

  Belk has definitely gone downhill, particularly in the Petite department. No longer had the upscale brands such as Ralph Lauren and Jones of New York. Shopping in this department feels like Walmart! No longer buy my clothes there. Very disappointed in Belks!
