  The customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced before. There was no sense of helping any customers including myself. There was many times I had to go look for the sale associate to ask questions because they were too busy Having Conversations with each other to and helping their family members. There was a total of three associate and a manager that was rude and didn’t want to help cause she was trying to leave the store. There was having a nice sale in the store and I haven’t use my credit card in months so I was coming to shop and mine you it’s an hour for me to get to Avenue. There were sale signs up but I asked to make sure certain items were on sale. I took the time out to pick out items but to find out that’s not the right sale price. But was told it in the wrong place. This happen more the once and there was not since of finding a win-win situation for me and Avenue. I ask was there something they could do and the sale associate said no. Then I said I was going to leave everything and the sale associate looked at me n said okay and bye.Now I been in the retail business for over 10 years and I do understand its holiday but however I have never been treated so rude. I will be canceling my credit card and won’t return...

  First time Shopping this store today. Drove 35 miles to get there and I'm so glad I did. Excellent shoe selection in sizes 12 and 13: Fashionable and comfortable. I've never had such a great time shoe shopping! Customer service was good. Will definitely come to check out the clothing selection.
