  It was a nightmare to work with Artelye in Raleigh. I purchased a new home from Pulte, and Artelye was the contractor to install the granite for my kitchen. Within a few months, the granite got discolored and become much darker in the areas exposed to normal use. Pulte customer service manager called Artelye to investigate and fix the issue. They came a couple of times, trying to seal the granite using a liquid. They tried to make the original color to become darker, but it ended up I can still see the discoloration. I asked them to replace the granite, and they said they were not responsible for it, and their service attitude became very bad. I would seriously never do business with them.

  Great pricing and great workers. The granite is perfect for the house. We had some minor issues, but nothing to take away from the quality, professionalism that the staff had. We'll definitely use them again.
