  I have bought several pieces of furniture at this place over the past years with Donna and and have to say that i have experienced an amazing customer service. We bought a dining table (zinc alloy table top) that gave us a few troubles as overtime it started peeling. I was about to use our protection plan but it wouldn’t cover that type of damage since it couldn’t have occurred because of an accident... so i reached out to Arhaus, talked with Donna and the store manager and explained the situation to them. They immediately offered to replace at no charge my table top. After 3 years. I received it this week (only 3 weeks after they ordered it) and couldn’t be more satisfied with this outstanding service ! For this reason i will most likely buy my future furniture there.
