  I had purchased a ring for Christmas that I needed to return. It was maybe 2 weeks after the purchase date. I lost the original receipt but had the the ring in the original box and had the purchase pulled up on my phone showing the location, date, amount, etc. The employees said they couldn’t do anything without a receipt. They wouldn’t help me and literally showed no care. I showed them I had proof of purchase and the new, unworn item and they just said no and continued working on what they were doing. It was kind of rude. :/
